Tim McGraw and Family Play Dress Up for Pre-Christmas Celebrations

Nashville

While Halloween is long over, Tim McGraw and his family are getting festive with Christmas costumes this year.

The country superstar shared photos documenting the household dinner celebrations, complete with full-out ensembles matching their nightly themes. The first evening consisted of McGraw, wife Faith Hill and their children dressing up in their best Game of Thrones looks, while the second was a wizarding wonder of Harry Potter.

“Harry Potter night. Who is who,” McGraw asked fans on his Instagram post.

For the magical yet safe gathering, the “I Called Mama” singer broke out a blond wig to take on the antagonist role of Lucius Malfoy. Meanwhile, Hill played Professor Trelawney and the country couple was joined by characters like Luna Lovegood, Hagrid, Ron Weasley and Harry Potter himself.

Not only did fans find the family posts fun, but some of McGraw’s closest colleagues commented about how cool their shenanigans were.

“This is seriously IMPRESSIVE and I wish we could come over,” Kimberly Williams-Paisley wrote.

“You guys are too good at this,” Rita Wilson concurred.

McGraw hasn’t just been dressing up for his kitchen parties, but has also gotten busy on the stove in preparation for their lowkey Christmas Eve. He has been giving a behind-the-scenes look at the making of his special spaghetti sauce, and even indulged in a cheeky tasting ahead of the holiday affair.

“Dang it’s hard not to dip some bread in there…..I did,” McGraw captioned his quick Reel.

Like his country peers, McGraw has been staying safe at home with Hill and enjoying the time together. But he has stayed busy by releasing his album, Here on Earth, back in August.

Fans can stream his latest release now.
