Dierks Bentley Channels His Inner Dwight Schrute With New “Gone” Music Video

When you’re in it… you’re in it.

In the midst of heartache, no matter where you look, everything seems to go wrong. Sure, you might be reading yourself into the situation a little too much, but it’s inevitable.

And Dierks Bentley’s new “Gone” video explains it perfectly.

The scene is set with a lonely, heartbroken Dierks in an empty hotel room. And every channel he turns to, he finds something he can unfortunately relate to. With nods to Game Of Thrones, Full House, MacGyver, The Office and more, Dierks plays a total of 13 different characters in the new video.

“It just always ends poorly for me in this video… I definitely had a lot more fun making it than it looks though…we got to film a bunch of scenes inspired by some of my favorite shows like The Office, MacGyver, Game Of Thrones and Full House. And I got to collaborate with some new directors I’ve never worked with, so I left at the end of a really long day feeling really happy and inspired about a kind of sad song.”

“Gone” is the lead single from Dierks’ upcoming studio album, the details of which are yet to be revealed.
