Country Music

Taking it back to the early 2000s.

Nearly 20 years ago today, Alan Jackson released what went on to become the first, and only (aside from his duet with Zac brown), platinum single of his illustrious career. And if you’re thinking “Chattahoochee,” which should’ve went 27 X Platinum given the amount of times I’ve played it alone, you’re wrong.

“Remember When”

Released as a single on October 27th, 2003, “Remember When” was one of two new songs that were released as part of Alan’s Greatest Hits Volume II album.

If you’re looking for a song to renew the vows to… look no further.

And while were on the subject of Platinum, here’s Alan’s “Chattahoochee” mashed up to the weird aerobics scene from the motion picture Perfect, starring John Travolta and Jamie Lee Curtis.
